Two Electricians. Two Nations. One Standard.
Two Nations Electrical was built on a simple idea: two experienced electricians, from two different nations, with the same ambition to build something of our own.
One of us is originally from Scotland, the other from England, but our working relationship has always been about much more than where we’re from. We have worked alongside each other for many years, building a strong understanding of each other’s skills, working styles and approach to electrical work.
Over that time, we realised we shared the same ambition — to one day build our own electrical company based on experience, quality workmanship and doing things properly.
Eventually, we decided there was no reason to keep waiting.
Two Nations Electrical was born.
The name represents where we come from, while our slogan “Two Nations. One Standard.” represents what brings us together: our commitment to maintaining the same high standard on every job, regardless of whether we’re working in a small flat, a family home, a luxury property or a commercial premises.
Over 35 Years of Combined Experience
Between us, we bring more than 35 years of electrical experience to the company.
Throughout our careers, we’ve worked across different areas of the electrical industry, gaining experience in a wide variety of installations, properties and projects.
We’ve also developed different areas of expertise, which complement each other extremely well. Rather than having two electricians with exactly the same background, we bring different skills and experiences together, allowing us to approach projects from different perspectives and offer our customers a broader range of electrical services.
From domestic installations and full rewires to electrical testing, landlord compliance and commercial projects, our experience allows us to take on everything from smaller electrical jobs to much larger and more complex installations.

Starting our own company wasn’t simply about putting our name on a van.
We wanted to create an electrical company that reflects the way we believe customers should be treated.

We’re bringing decades of experience, knowledge and hands-on electrical work into a company we’ve built together.
Our ambition is to develop Two Nations Electrical into a trusted electrical contractor serving homeowners, landlords, letting agents and commercial customers across Scotland.
